Customers are responsible for checking the product description and size information before placing an order.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep our inventory information accurate, occasionally a product may become unavailable before an order can be processed.
If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we may:
Contact you regarding an alternative product.
i. Offer you an alternative size or design where available.
ii. Cancel the unavailable item.
iii. Refund any payment made for the unavailable item.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, product information, or promotional offers at any time. Changes will not normally affect orders that have already been confirmed, except in cases of obvious pricing or technical errors.
4. Placing & Confirming Orders
When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, city, and selected products.
We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel orders containing incorrect information, suspicious activity, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
5. Payment
We may offer payment methods such as Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment options displayed on our website..
For COD orders, customers must pay the complete order amount at the time of delivery.
Customers are expected to accept genuine orders placed through our website. Repeated refusal of COD orders or submission of false information may result in restrictions on future orders.
6. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier services, weather, public holidays, traffic, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Any applicable delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process.
Delays caused by third-party courier companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a failure to fulfill the order.
7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched, subject to our ability to stop the order.
Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may be subject to our return or exchange policy.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where:
i. The requested product is unavailable.
ii. The product price was displayed incorrectly.
iii. The delivery address cannot be verified.
iv. We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
v. The customer provides incomplete or incorrect information.
vi. The courier cannot reasonably deliver to the provided location.
vii. There are circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where payment has already been made for an order cancelled by us, an eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
8. Washing & Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their products.
Improper washing, excessive heat, bleach, unsuitable detergents, or improper handling may cause fading, shrinkage, fabric damage, or other changes and may not be considered a product defect.
